I hope nobody minds me mentioning the Human Rights Act here which is under threat in the UK. The Human Rights Act enshrines equality for all and freedom from being imprisoned for such things as being gay. While we all work towards helping Rays family to free him from this unjust imprisonment can we also bear in mind that the Human Rights Act was written mainly by British people and it is a shining example of British sense of freedom and fair play and equality under the law. Without it we could very quickly find ourselves prey to unfair and cruel laws such as this one causing so much pain in Morocco. The Human Rights Act does not apply in Morocco. If it did there would be no need for this campaign.
