I hope the NIS and similar agencies of govt will learn from the costly mistake of their poorly organised recruitment drive yesterday. The cost of organising this exercise in phases is far less than the lives they have facilitated in wasting. When School certs, diploma, 1st degree (BSc+HND), post graduates are scheduled to write exams within same day in same location what do you expect. May God comfort the bereaved families and turn our leaders to responsible beings. This is all the outcome of continued and unchecked corruption at all levels. If the Pension system is working fine, the energy and educational sectors and social welfare system are functioning well there will be easy transition because some over-aged civil servants struggling to keep on working and earn income because of their children would have retired to enjoy their labour creating more space for the younger and more energetic graduates, while some will not mind retiring say 5 years ahead of their due dates. I believe this time will surely pass away and we will all sing a new song about this God Blessed country. May the tide turn in favour of the poor and neglected masses of this nation in Jesus name. Amen.
