I intentionally let my kid stumble in the classroom today... academically were talking... the 4th grader forgot her homework folder.. shes been warned about taking care of her stuff and doing homework on time because its her responsibility.. today she forgot it and I got the typical call at home asking if I could bring it to school... and this time I told her I couldnt... and she told me it would be MY fault... and I corrected her that it was HER fault because it is her responsibility... and she was angry... and I felt like a heel... but maybe shell get the message now... parenting sucks sometimes
