I just bought 5 acres on the top of this Tepui in eastern Venezuela. I got the lot cheap, $300 k. Theres a wind farm and TV dish already and 4 German families have already bought in too. I bought if form a Nigerian prince on-line. Hes trying to recover his birthright and end the religious wars. And good luck to him!! Now I just have to convince Linda that she should move to the rain forest. The climate should be fine. Its 7,150 feet tall. Sometimes Linda doesnt like as much seclusion as she thinks she does, but she did fine on our honeymoon.... another story. The commute to Caracas wont be too bad once we get the heliport in. I got a steal on a helicopter from the same Nigerian guy. Itll be shipped straight to Caracas. The helicopter was only $150 k but shipping and storage wont be cheap.
