I just learnt how the politicians intend to rig the forthcoming election to favour the party in power. Should I tell you? Just read on: Assuming I am an incumbent Governor who wants to return as governor or wants to impose my stooge as governor, all I have to do is to release money to my party delegates at the polling booths. These party delegates would discuss with INEC staff in the polling booths and it would be agreed as to how much that would be given to them. Then after voters have been accredited and the votes cast, then the INEC staff would ally with some of my party faithfuls and then check the voters register and find out the names of those that did not vote. Since their columns would be vacant, different people shall start thumb-printing the ballot papers on those empty columns. Most times, the agents of the opposing party are often compromised by big money so that they can support the action. That is why if you desire change in your state, you must vote on the election date. Also, if you desire change, after voting you must stay there and defend your vote. You must stay on that polling booth until the booth election result is announced.
