I just located the original July 6th 1914 ship manifest for the S.S. Nieuw Amsterdam I The passenger list has two pages; The first page gives the passengers names and name of nearest relative in the country where they left. -Lewa Szinkewicz (Eva Sincavage) was 28 years old and left behind a brother Stanislau Filipowses in Todsin Russia (Lithuania). She was coming to America with her 3 year old son Petras Szinkewicz (Peter Sincavage), brother in-law Kazimira Szinkewicz (I think Kazimira is Charles Sincavage) and sister in-law Veronika Szinkewicz. The second page shows; Final destination, who paid for the ticket, who they were meeting in America and where. -Pa, Luzerne was the destination. Lewas husband bought her ticket, Petrass father bought his and Kazimira (Charles) and Veronikas brother bought theirs. They were all meeting Antoni Szinkewicz (Anthony Sincavage) at 150 Bennett St. Luzerne. Below is a picture of the ship that brought Eva, Peter, Charles and Veronika Sincavage to America and the original passenger list with all their information.
