I just received this from a client I worked with @weightmattersuk in London. I love what I do: I want to thank you again for all of your support - I literally feel like a different person and use all of the skills you have taught me - it is an experience i will never forget and cant recommend enough. This experience changed the way in which I view eating and allowed me to in a safe environment to take a step back and look at my relationship with food as well as why I was turning to it for emotional support - what was I trying to numb. My back and forth and internal battle against food over the years had wound up so tight that I needed help to be able to untangle it and also understand that maybe the ball of string itself wasnt the issue and that I should look into myself to find out what was really going on. I couldnt have done this alone and without all of the skills I have learnt both practical and on an emotional level along the way. After months of therapy I have changed the way I chose to live my life for the better and for that I will always be extremely grateful. I cant recommend the experience enough. Thank you so much.
