I just returned home from a week of touring the KARISMA resorts in Mexico. The Resorts are comprised of 5 AZUL RESORTS, 4 EL DORADO, and the 2 GENERATIONS properties. each having their own unique quality. The Karisma theme is GI service which is GOURMET INCLUSIVE and they are just that. With a on site greenhouse which grows 95% of the fruits and vegetables for all of the properties as well as the coconuts grown on the El Dorado Maroma. The SPA service at the resorts unbelievable... Naay in the EL Dorados and Vassa in the Azul properties will tantalize your mind, body and spirit. I notice each had a signature lounge serving some if the best mix of whatever the themed drink for that location. like: Mojitos at Sensatori, Agavero Tequila & Sangrias at Beaches, Martini & Bellinis at El Dorado Royale. The other thing I love about these properties was the 24 HOUR ROOM SERVICE all incld another GI exclusive, GENERATION ALL SUITES ALL BUTLER RESORT for families. Check in in you room drop everything and hit the beach. Your in room Butler will unpack when you arrive and pack when you get ready to leave. Even laundry them before packing. There is on site in room Nanny and child care room. I was blown away. 1,2 or 3 room suite available sleeps upto 13.
