I just saw the perfect opportunity fly by because I hesitated. Timing not perfect with a daughter in her last year of school made me doubt myself. The plant manager told me that when it was built there were a lot of divorce problems because of the rural location and long commutes. For me, it was perfect. Plenty of houses for around $225k that were either on a lake or were on 20 acres with woods, barn and outbuildings. Perfect for hunting, hiking and setting up my wood shop. These dont come around often.....no sir, they sure dont.
