I just took the smile and nod to a whole new level, and Im not sure if I actually won that level. But my customer had the worst mumble Ive ever heard. I tried my best to use deductive reasoning skills to have a conversation with him, but Im about 70% sure he was talking about something that I wasnt. We both ended up looking at each other in confusion, and saying short sentences like we were working with language boundaries and I only understood the words coffee, sugar, yes, please, and when my father.... He seemed super nice. I hope I got his drink order right. O-o
