I just wanted to give a big shout-out and a HUGE thank you to all of the employees at the Oakland Hollywood Feed. Never have I ever once walked in there and didnt receive the absolute BEST customer service. The staff there seems to legitimately want to help you and give you an amazing shopping experience. I went there this morning in search of a new brand of dog food for my fur-baby who has severe skin allergies. A sweet, young lady greeted me as soon as I walked through the door, listened to me when I told her what I was looking for, educated me on several different brands, showed me how I can save money with them, and carried my purchase for me to my car and loaded it up herself. Her name is Taylor. Thank you for the amazing, friendly service you showed me today, Taylor... And thank you to all of the other employees who go above and beyond to make your business stand out from the rest. You guys are AWESOME!!!
