I just wanted to make everyone aware of a situation that occurred at petsmart number 400 in Greenville, SC. We took our perfectly healthy Yorkshire terrier to this location for grooming. Upon picking him up he couldnt open his eyes. The in store vet checked and informed us he had ulcers in his eyes. This was our first time using your services and our dog gets monthly checks at the vet and has never had eye problems. PETsMART has offered no remedy to my situation and I strongly advise against using their services. If you love your animals stay away from this establishment. They are a Mickey mouse operation at best.
