I keep reading how cops job function is to bring in the criminals to justice. How cops need better training because too many criminals are being killed. I actually had someone on I.g. knocking the fact that he was asked to sit curbside when pulled over. There are reasons to the protocol. They have split seconds to make decisions and judgment calls. Split seconds to draw or be killed. Split seconds to take an already aggressive situation and try making it out alive and hopefully without a death to explain. We get forever to dissect it. For weeks Facebook has been all about criminal coddling. How they draw thinking someone has a weapon, how they draw on unarmed men/women.... that criminal is only unarmed until he gets his hands on the officers gun or a clean shot at the cop with a hidden weapon. They have to assume everyone is potentially trying to kill them. Look at how quickly things can go terribly wrong at a day on that job.
