I keep trying to do the right things here in Kannapolis but I cannot seem to get a foot hold here. I went to work for Donald Fields owner of Its Gotta Be Clean cleaning service and Ive worked for him for over 8 months always on call for whatever he needs done at contract sites between Kannapolis and Charlotte and he stops working me because I question the fact of cleaning Bio-hazards at Locke Mill Condos in Concord. The new HOA head did not like the fact that I question it and that I would not work 8 hours on a 4 hour minimum wage job so Donald claims they showed him security videos claiming that I did not work for 4 hours when in fact if they viewed the complete security videos they would have seen that I was there on most days more then 4 hours and sometimes even more then 8 hours and I was not getting paid for those hours I worked over. DL (Donald Fields) refuses to pay me for over a month and a half of work from Locke Mill to Conway Freights which is a total of $935.00. Yet he like to go to the sweepstakes game rooms, the shop in Little Texas and gamble his employees pay away everyday and when he is not doing that he is wining and dining women trying to live a big shot life while the people in his employ are struggling to pay their bills and live with the meager wages he is not paying them. He goes and buy crack and hire crack smokers to do the work that requires some knowledge, and a clear mind to complete and he wonders why he is losing contracts. I will tell every bit of what I just wrote to his face but I cannot afford to stakeout the places he goes because he will not pay me. He also owes my brother $125.00 that he has been owing him for over 4 months. I Pray for him he claims to be helping his people but what hes doing is helping himself on the backs of his people. I am falling and I CANNOT SEEM TO GET A FOOT HOLD AND I FEEL THAT IF I STAY HERE IN KANNAPOLIS I WILL DO SOMETHING THAT I WILL REGRET LATER. I HAVE BEEN PLOTTING ON ROBBING HIM, BEATING HIS ASS, HOME INVASION OR SOMETHING BECAUSE HE HAS AND IS DISRESPECTING ME AND MY FAMILY, SOMETHING THAT I WOULD NEVER HAVE DONE OR WOULD DO TO HIM AND HIS FAMILY. SO IF ANYONE KNOWS DONALD (DL) FIELDS AND HIS COMPANY ITS GOTTA BE CLEANED DO NOT GO TO WORK FOR HIM OR CONTRACT HIM DO DO ANY WORK FOR YOU. You can call this slander if you like but the crime is my dad is sick and may not live out the year and because DL has not paid me I cannot get the equipment I need to get my yard care business up and running to help my mom out with these over whelming bills that are coming in and I have also relapsed and I hate myself for it because I allowed what he is doing or not doing to send me back out there. Please Pray for me that I get back clean and my family for we are going through a crisis. GOD IS GOOD ALL THE TIME, ALL THE TIME GOD IS GOOD!!!! AMEN!!!
