I know I have thanked everyone (including all of Fort Collins) through Tortilla Marissas site...BUT I want you all to know that Mike & I have never felt so loved and supported as we did through the 50 days before we opened and in the last few days since we have opened. To say that the response to TMs (and other issues this summer) has been overwhelming is an understatement!! This summer has been a rough patch but such a learning experience about so so so many things and I learned a few things about myself too. Mike is an incrediable man bursting with integrity that has shown the community what being an ethical business owner truly looks like. Our kids have been amazing by helping out and supporting us. To hear your kids tell you that they are really proud of you is truly amazing. As I sit here writing this with tears in my eyes, all I can say is thank you and I am truly humbled to have you each as my friend and part of my family.
