I know a lot of people are upset about Captain Cooks cottage being vandalised; whilst I do not agree with vandalism, I have to question how come its not ok for an individual to damage a place of white cultural significance but its ok for the individuals, government, mines etc... to destroy or vandalise an Aboriginal sacred site. When are people going to get it. It is not ok to build a road through a sacred site or remove a tree of significance or carve your initials into a cave painting or walk on Uluru etc... It just makes me want to cry with frustration.
