I know baseball is just a game. Professional baseball is a kids game played by rich men. I like to follow and support the Braves. When I watch a game I want to see good playing. I could care less what teams are playing just as long as the players are doing their best. Which brings me to the subject of B.J. Upton. Tits on a boar hog right here folks, in living color. I turned on the game last night and this jerks was at the plate. He had 2 strikes on him when Clayton Kershaw threw a nasty, textbook curve ball. Upton was called out looking and as usual he had to argue the call. At that, I flipped the channel. I personally have gotten tired of his arguing with umpires, dancing in the dugout and walking back to the dugout holding the bat up in the air after striking out. If Upton hits a homer in every plate appearance, I dont care, Im tired of him and think it is time for him to do the duffel bag drag. The Braves have no chance at post season play due to the simple fact they are not a post season team. And they never will as long as they waste money on self absorbed players like B.J. Upton. Just my thoughts.
