I know this has been discussed on here before but I have to vent. We went to Southside McDonalds this evening to get supper. The young man at the window asked me to pull up to one of the numbered parking spaces while they wait on the fries so I did. After sitting there for 10 minutes and watching at least15 to 20p other vehicles drive away from the drive up window I looked up their phone number on the internet on my phone and called them. They answered the phone and I told whoever answered that I had been sitting out there waiting on our fries for almost 15 minutes and she got snippy so I hung up. 5 minutes later a young lady came out and I asked her if the people running the place had problems and she told me that this has happened before and they probably lost my order or jumped over it and that she was sure sorry and I told her that it wasnt her fault not to worry abouit it. I got home and they had left out a supersized fry. I wish I knew who owns that poorly ran business cause Ill give him an earfull. I have been shorted food at least 10 time this year. If my wife is with me she checks the order at the window but tonight she stayed home. Thanks for letting me vent!
