I know this is about to piss off everyone on my list but WHO CARES? Not me. ACA IS GOOD. If your rates went up its because your policy didnt meet ACA requirements. The ACA blowback is 100% insurance companies fearing profit loss. YES IT WILL HAPPEN. ITS CALLED CREATIVE DESTRUCTION. The insurance companies will be forced to take place in COMPETITIVE BIDDING forcing the cost (their profit) to shrink. The Republican leaders fear this as a nail in their political coffin. When this is running and the people look back at it as the best thing the government has done for them in 100 yrs the Republican party will have to hang their heads in shame . ALSO in the text of the law a insurance company may use ONLY 20% of all moneys collected as administration fees and any money over that that is not payed out for medical must be reimbursed to the people. Yearly cost in taxes? 1.5 million with a M. This is for tracking and oversight. OK. Bring it on. I know its about to get heated.
