I know this may be TMI but I have a dilemma. Home life, I dont wear a bra. Been ripping out my underwires & now, cant stand the restriction around my ribs. Dr says I have Costochondritis, a painful condition of the chest wall, caused by inflammation in the joints between the cartilages that join the ribs to the sternum. Cant seem to get rid of. I need to find a bra that hooks in front, not underwire, not restrictive. Tried sportbras but cant get em over head, moderate arthritis in shoulder joints. This girl is falling apart. I dont wanna go without a bra to town. Any suggestions? Stores to check? Bra search engines, lol ????
