I like this! Received from a current Stefan Pinto C Diet® participant: In the beginning I was afraid of failing, like most of us. I was also afraid I couldnt afford some of the items other people use, things like the supporters send us. Truth is I cant, BUT I used what was sent and found ways to use what I can afford and have access to without feeling I was less than my peers. Tonight I went shopping. As we were walking around my pants were falling down. We walked a lot and I noticed that my back (disc problems) did not begin to ache until we were in the car home. Normally its halfway thru a short shopping trip. Lets mention I had my 20 month old grandson all day AND ran my errands with him in tow. I am very proud of myself for the 20lbs Ive dropped this round. I have no intentions of stopping now. Im the dig-in-the-dirt, get muddy, play hard grandma and I have ZERO intentions of letting them down. Ever. Thanks for believing in me.
