I like to consider my body a science experiment. I always try things out on myself to see if they work before I tell others to try. A couple years ago, I did an online 12 week program and saw amazing results. Since that time I have learned so much about my body, what works, what doesnt and what still needs to be tweaked. Last Thursday I started another online 12 week program. It is completely different than the previous one. My body was getting bored and I need something new. I will post my starting pics sometime this week and give you updates through out this 12 weeks. But I do have to say, in this 6 days, I can see some changes occurring. I have completely changed my food schedule again and what I eat to go with this program.
