I long for truth; yet its no where to be found. Patiently I wait, for what Im not sure. I continue this arduous journey with the small hope of finding purpose to continue. Down lifes path I walk, I run, I scream, I cry; but no tears are left. Nothing left but this dark fathomless pit deep within my soul, and I become lost within as the world around me fades away. Nothing left but time. Time that slowly fades while everything else passes by without hesitation or concern. Ticking and mocking, asserting its supremacy as it slowly defeats my will to fight. I have found the source of this prison, the lies of religion, my family who has turned their back on me because of the lies theyve accepted. And I see the light, the truth behind humanity and I will not rest until I expose the falsehood of their teachings. And the light will expose every falsehood and ugliness that consumes them. I now have become that light and will shine from here on.
