I love babies but they seriously do give me heart attacks. This baby during taraweeh prayer today stopped breathing/moving and I heard the woman next to me say that baby, it swallowed something! The babys mother was nowhere in sight, probably in the front row praying. In the midst of taraweeh prayer, I dont even know what got into me, but I grabbed the baby and stuck my finger down her throat, only for her to spit up a HUGE date seed. A DATE SEED guys. MY GOD. Alhumdulillah the baby was alright, but to my mothers out there -- taraweeh prayer is not as important as the protection, life, and safety of your baby. In fact, taking care of your baby and your family IS an act of worship. Please, by all means pray taraweeh, but please make sure your baby is either being watched by somebody else or is right next to you. You mothers know better than I do. That was my mini heart attack for the day. Im prescribing myself some aspirin. bye.
