I made eggplant parmesan with a fresh and made from scratch marinara sauce, garlic bread and a yellow cake with a chocolate fudge icing for dessert. Colin cried the entire meal because Cameron kept making faces at him. Cameron kept asking how many bites did she have to eat in order to qualify for dessert. Brandon hummed the theme song to Super Mario Bros the whole time and ate with his hands. The teenagers held a conversation about how far away from here they want to get when they leave for college. Im insulted. I used organic tomatoes still on the vine. I personally blended up countless veggies. I hand breaded the eggplant. Tomorrow these little precious blessings are getting cereal. And Im getting in bed early. I wish I was in bed now. But I have to read about religion for this class. And the kids need to bathe.
