I made my donation for Aid in the Philippines at red-cross.org. Once again Americans are the first responders and that makes me proud. Why doesnt the rest of the world see us for who we are rather than the policies (and sometimes mistakes) that our government makes? Where were the other countries during Katrina or Sandy just to mention a few. Maybe some did help but I dont know who. Probably Canada but I cant imagine who else would come to our rescue even though we have raced to theirs.
