I “met” Renea through a trick dog instructor forum. She was advertising for an online basic family manners class. At the time I was a pretty serious hobby trainer and just starting my training business. My dog and I had advanced training in agility, treibball, freestyle, and a couple of other sports. I was drawn to her basic family manners class because I was having issues advancing in certain aspects of our training. You see, previous training had taught my dog to simply listen, but he wasn’t thinking about what he was doing. I signed up for Renea’s class and we literally started training the basics over from sit, down, and stay to impulse control and loose leash walking.
