I missed the race which sucks on many levels. I guess that I will just have to sit here and ponder the meaning of life with this big ass white russian that I found in my glass. I just got back from the grocery store after having delivered a load to Mobile. I loaded up on enough fruit and lean protein to last me through the week. Even bought some lofat mayo and greek yogurt. Greek yogurt mixed with a little dollop of honey is really good. I also found a recipe for vegetable dip made out of greek yogurt. I hope that the evening will be relaxing for each of us.
