I need a moment to rant. I normally dont do this but this is something that drives me crazy and Im sorry if I offend anyone that is not my intention but I have to say this..... It drives me crazy when I see stay at home moms making comments about how they feel like single moms because their husbands work so many hours. Take it from a single mom, that is not what a single mom feels like. A single mom is someone who doesnt get to spend her days with her kids because she has to be the one who goes to work everyday so that she can provide a place to live, and food and the best life she can possibly give her child(ren). Im not saying you guys dont do anything all day so please dont misinterpret this, I know you work hard to keep a loving home for your family. But you are lucky enough to have someone in your lives to provide you with the opportunity to stay home and raise your babies where a single mom doesnt get that joy. We rely on strangers (essentially) to raise our babies for us. Its not an easy thing to have to do, but we do it because that is the best that we can do for our babies.
