I never really had much respect for Al Sharpton but for awhile, - TopicsExpress

I never really had much respect for Al Sharpton but for awhile, Jesse Jackson stood for something other than divisive racism. I think I have now irretrievably lost respect for both men. As I have watched endless news media coverage of the push to continually try Zimmerman in the news media and leverage the power of a Black President and Black Attorney General to continually harass, to incite crowds to violence, to completely distort the facts of what really happened in the incident which cost a young black teenager his life; at 17 year old teenager, fully grown; I am seeing more divisive racial hatred than at any time in recent American history. I also remember when O.J. Simpson was acquitted by a Black jury of murdering his White wife. There was solid evidence in that case to convict O.J. I remember how the Blacks rejoiced and many said that even though O.J. probably was guilty, they saw his acquittal as a long overdue reversal of injustice carried out against blacks. Yeah. There definitely is something wrong with a society where minorities call Justice a miscarriage of the law.
