I never was an advocate for student housing and somehow today, the prospective has changed. I really do not know the logic of keeping doors locked 24/7. If the life of housing was bad once ago, then it should be presented in a way to find provisions that do not break away from the norms already established. When that provision breaks away from the norms already established, looking at the fundamental consequence of those actions must occur with the level of severity that is allotted. Being a graduate student living in undergraduate housing comes with a resposiblity to step up and step back to observe how an unified spoil system has erected with power to direct other members that are not within the confounds of that system to be nothing more than mere minons. However, I am an outlier. I do not fit in that suttle regression. This outlook in understanding how five people in a group to better the life of residents of an undergraduate status decided upon themselves to enforce the rule towards a resident of a graduate status and thought it would keep its grip. What I have noticed is that I, being an african-american, have no say in what people do behind closed doors and should not be respected in any shape or form. That concept is actually funny and typically false when applied to various situations. Not to ramble on, but take this to heart, not everyone will be on your side and sometimes mines and it is up to you to understand that you have many opponents that will test you. Those opponents will try to take people of a different calibur out of the game and sometimes drastic measures will have to be taken. That is all for today. Good night and good luck.
