I now drive a Prius and my wife has a BMW 435i convertible .Yesterday,I drove my wifes car and experienced the instant gratification in going very fast at 101 mph!But then,the thrill was over all too soon. On the other hand ,when I drive my Prius,I have a goal in mind-to get the best average MPG by my consistentency in driving,and hence saving me $ in the long run.With the Prius,it is never about the quick thrill of speed. It dawned on me today that this is exactly how we make our bodies and minds better-by the consistency of daily excellent nutrition and exercise.Slowly getting that 0.1MPG on a weekly basis improvement that leads to a HUGE improvement in a year! It might seem boring,but when you go 101mph,you can usually do it only for a short while,and then you crash and burn! I like my Prius! Lets get healthy!
