I often get asked What do you do? in regards to my fitness training. Simple answer is, I dont have a set regime or workout. Although I dont have set workouts as such, I do enjoy my Muay Thai, Running, Kettlebells, TRX & bodyweight training so I generally put together a mixture of those to cater for my next goal / event. For example, I have been focusing a lot lately on my Kettlebell training to increase all over body strength, in August I have the Tough Mudder event so I will change up my training, I will run some longer distances & drop a little of the Kettlebell work & include more push ups, chins & dips as this is the type of conditioning required, If I have a purely running event I will change my training again depending on the distance. This way I am not only training for the specific event but it also varies my workouts all the time. So vary your goals & vary your training to keep you motivated & provide yourself with different & interesting training!
