I ported to Airtel India network on 12 November 2014 for a postpaid connection. The plan I opted for was SVKM Exclusive Plan (Rs 199 Rental, 6 My Packs) which has not yet been activated and I am being unfairly charged for Rs199 Rental (4 My Packs) Plan. This SIM was sold to me by Mr. Rakesh (Contact: 9967741932) in my college campus. Despite repeated complaints to him, the matter was not resolved and even Airtel Customer Care(121) cant solve the problem. And now Mr. Rakesh has even stopped picking up my calls. Please refrain from cheating customers by misselling products.
