I posted this on Loris status earlier about the Farmers Market, but felt it should also be shared here: As you know, Samma-lamma-ding-dong and I were there today. She wanted a pizza from the Gypsy Pizza. So we ordered a cheese (they were swamped). We were told it would be 5-6 minutes (expected) and we waited patiently. As misfortune had it, she dropped ours taking it out of the oven. She was so upset. She apologized profusely saying thats not her and told me to make sure I grabbed a couple of sodas for the wait for another one. I declined and just waited for another. Then she told her cashier to give me a refund for my pizza. I declined that as well. Service like that is what will always keep me as a customer and thats the true quality of vendor setting up shop each Wednesday at Franklyns Field. Keep up the great work Lori, Jake, Dylan, Julian and the rest of the Positively Rome crew!! Youre building community and creating good-feeling in this town! I, for one, appreciate it!
