I prayed for happiness for so long. I prayed that I would find happiness. I prayed for my childrens happiness and well being. My children are my greatest blessing and my world. If they are not happy, neither am I. I would do anything to make them happy. The good Lord answered my prayers for happiness. He sent me a fella that makes me smile, who is incredibly kind and loving, who is a Christian, and who shares my love of history and nature. In that I am blessed. Now my children. They often want to talk to my fella on the phone. They think hes pretty cool. Up until this point they just knew he was my friend. Today a package arrived for Gus, Abby, and Ava. It had some thoughtful gifts and a letter to them that still brings happy tears to my eyes. The kids and me had a conversation after that. I explained to my children that their buddy Rob was not just a friend but a very important person to me. When I mentioned that he was my boyfriend they jumped for joy and cheered. Saying that they are happy about that is an understatement. They are ecstatic! I am blessed beyond measure. I am so thankful for answered prayers. Give, and it will be given to you. Good measure, pressed down, shaken together, running over, will be put into your lap. For with the measure you use it will be measured back to you. ~Luke 6:38
