I ran classes this morning and during one of my classes with a group of ten-year-olds, I used the word cavalier in a sentence and then asked if any of the kids knew what it meant. One little boy raised his hand immediately and when I indicated he could answer, his reply was, Fish eggs Love my job! This is especially funny in context. The sentence I used this word in was As a speaker you cannot afford to be cavalier. (Say it again with his interpretation) haha
