I really respect visionary Africans like Dr.Papa Kwesi Nduom. He is not yet a president, but he was able to create jobs for over 3,000 Ghanaian citizens, 65% of which are youth as at 2012.... and currently have over half a million youths employed through his visions, thereby cutting down the rate of unemployment in Ghana. His vision is get a million people employed by the next 1 year. The reality of losing an election is not a barrier to his vision to real with unemployment issues facing the country. My thought is if have only 30 politicians, each dreaming of creating jobs for 1 million citizens, thats already 30 million! And whats the entire population of Ghana? This is thoughtful! I still believe leadership is not determine by ballot papers!. Corruption in Ghana starts with statements like Vote for me and I will change Ghana. The truth is that you can start leading even before you become a president, MP, etc and you can still continue leading after handing over of positions. You have no clue if you see your community suffering and you claim after the next four years, you will make a change when voted as an Assembly man; Thats unpatriotic! You can make a difference whether you are young or old; bellow 18 and above 70; you can still do it! Lets develop Africa with whatever we have, wherever we are, with whatever we can do and in whichever way we can. Lets do it, now. Go, make it happen!
