I received a call from Medibank today. The man who rang asked if it was ok to get some feedback and if it was a good time to talk. . . Medibank - could you tell me the reason you have cancelled your membership with us after 8 years Me - I am cancelling every membership I have with companies who sponsor the Australian Israeli Chamber of Commerce Medibank - have you ever had any problems with us in the past 8 years you have been a member? Have you been happy with our customer service and your policy? Me - yes Ive been very happy Ive never had a problem not once in the 8 years at all medibank have been great Medibank - do you know why we sponsor them? What our relationship is? We dont have anything to do (I cut him off) Me - yes I know and it doesnt matter. Medibank is trying to strengthen her ties with Israel and I cant be a part of that Medibank - its a business based decision and doesnt have anything to do with anything else Me - sir with all due respect I want to ask you a question and I dont mean to offend you personally I just want to know your thoughts on something Medibank - no offense taken thats ok Me - if i told you that I had an Australian based company and I wanted to sponsor Alqaeda purely for business purposes what would your thoughts be on that? Medibank - when you put it like that it sounds really bad Me - it is really bad, its accessory to murder. Just because israel and zionism arnt listed as terrorist organisations here in Australia, it doesnt mean that they are not. Zionists are terrorists. Even worse than alqaeda and if you jump onto Google when u get home today and search the history of alqaeda, you will find that zionism is who actually gave birth to alqaeda. So if you think alqaeda is really bad how can you ask me to ignore that medibank gives money to alqaedas birth mother? Medibank - ok ............fair enough This was the most satisfying conversation Ive had in a very long time. Boycott Israel and Israeli supporter companies, make a little effort and Allah swt with open the doors to the end of Zionism. We beleive in God with our minds and with our words, so lets be believers with our hearts and actions too. Lets recognise this test he has given us. Remember the story of Moses a.s. The sea parted for the Israelites and they were saved. They witnessed a miracle with their minds and believed with their words. But when they were tested with passing time and the absence of their Prophet, they became distracted. Their hearts and actions didnt mirror the beleif they proclaimed and so Moses a.s returned to find them worshipping a cow. They didnt recognise the test they were given and we cant make that same mistake. Our resistance against oppression together with pure intentions for Allah is what will strengthen the beleif within our hearts. We really need to trust Allah to deliver us to freedom. Walk towards him and he will run towards you, verily in this is a sign for us if we are indeed believers.
