I received this e mail this morning, worth a read, especially, for those who are paying sites, to advertise your property. The past 2 weeks I have done surveys, on agencies in France, that are advertising your houses, out of 281 enquiries I have sent, I have had, 2 responses back. I am sure you will all find this alarming, in that a service, that is supposed to be provided to you, in enabling you to sell your properties, is terrible customer service. These people who have made enquiries, will now have moved on, to other properties, because they got fed up with waiting, for someone to contact them. Every lead to you whether be real or window shoppers you should be notified, for the monthly fees you pay I suggest you all, send a generic email out, about your own homes (from a different email address) and see how long it takes you, to get a response. I do hope this info has opened your eyes, to the shoddy service you are receiving elsewhere and, needs to be jumped on.
