Unbelievable! And once we crossed the St. Croix River on the road home, the nightmare began, as that storm mught have caught the DOT off guard, too. The roads were ike washboards almost all the way home... until I got off the main drag and headed through the back roads, to my husbands great surprise. I told him that St. Louis Park had always been really good about their plowing and it couldnt be any worse than what we had already been experiencing.... and SLP lived up to their reputation once again.... the roads on my shortcut were much more driveable. Rick and the girls had everything shoveled out once we got back home... and they had a few stories to tell. Yep that was the Storm of Storms (And I am SOOO glad we missed most of it! LOL>
