I remember laying in my front yard reading an excerpt from Aldo Leopolds A Sand County Almanac, as a part of an assignment for my first English composition class. It wasnt the sun, but his words that stirred something inside of me. I laid there pondering about how great of a field and context this would be to study and write about someday. Today, Im excited to announce Ive been accepted to the University of Georgias MEPD program (Environmental Planning and Design) for Fall of 2014. Its a great feeling knowing that Im on my way to living out that front-yard dream! I feel a deep gratitude towards all the people and places which have helped (and continued to help) me discover this exhilarating direction! Thank You ALL!
