I saw this an wondered, are the common citizens disciplined? They know how to shoot, but they are far from disciplined. They break any laws they personally perceive as unimportant while trying to demand the rights that they for the most part know nothing about outside of the global media rhetorical circus of pretty talking heads that keep them divided against each other instead of against the machine that keeps them in submission, money and power.
