I see now that Nike, which has famously lacked strong feelings about Asian slave labor, has developed strong feelings about child abuse, specifically Adrian Petersons. I continue to believe that the whole thing can be neatly resolved if Adrian agrees to being beaten with a switch by someone as big and frightening to him as he is to his own four-year-old son. If the beating can be televised, and Busch and Nike can co-sponsor it, all the better! Or maybe, because its unlikely the producers will find someone who dwarfs Adrian to anywhere near the extent he dwarfs his little boy, the beating could be administered tag-team style by Ray Rice, Chris Brown, and the noted child abuse apologist Charles Barkley.
