I see people who run 5ks, ride bikes for miles or do some type of intense training, but their bodies do not change. They still carry a lot of weight in their middle section and just overall do not appear healthy but beat and tired. The clothing look good, but what are you doing to your body? Are you taking your rest days? Are you eating junkie foods? Are you drinking enough water? Take care of your body. You only have one. At 52 this year, I want to be better than ever when I turn that corner. Like this post if you have a healthy relationship with your body.
