I slept wrong the night before last. I seemed to keep pushing myself to the top of my bed and my pillow pushed my head forward and caused the muscles in my neck to pull, which pulled the muscles in my Right shoulder to pull, which worked down into the outside of my arm which now feels like Ive been sucker punched, and also worked down into my shoulderblade. I have spent the last three hours putting hot packs over the whole area with hot wet towels and I still hurt. I should be going to excersise class but I dont think I can left my arms over my head yet. It hurts like H***. Its grinding and cracking and sounds like bones being broke. Ugh!
