I so enjoy cooking for the wonderful ladies who attend our Mt. Zion Ladies Book Club...on the menu tonight was chicken casserole, cauliflower salad, freezer corn and apple cake. Sixteen ladies read and discussed the book June Bug by Chris Fabry. We had fun, food and fellowship which was evident by the continuous laughter that could be heard coming from Van Cise Hall. I havent laughed so hard in a LONG time!! I needed that!!!
