I spent most of the day making corrections on Sweetbriar. It’s interesting to read what was my second book, although it was published later. My style now is so much more complicated. I have to have masses of plot to keep my interest. In between reading and marking corrections, I was thinking about my next books. I don’t think I’m going to have the 3 young women of the new series in the same business. I was going to have all 3 of them interior designers but I think I’d be screaming with boredom by the third book. I think one of them sews. The idea that Todd starts out with one woman and ends up with another one is staying with me. People always ask me where I get my ideas. Today I saw a news article of 2 cars found at the bottom of a lake and there were several skeletons inside them. My mind started going round and round with ideas of that. Your date stories were as bad as mine. What careers would you like to read about? Jude
