I think today was the hardest I have ever lifted. My chest is shaking, my arms are jello, my shoulders are burning, my abs are twitching, but my heart is still going haha. I think I went extra crazy because today I signed my contract with my baseball coach to play minor league baseball with his team which starts this Sunday. I will be wearing #2 in honor of Derek Jeter, my fav baseball player of all time. My motivation today was a phone call from my daughter early this morning and I was telling her about baseball and all she said was daddy play.... That motivated me to lift extra hard today. Its been a good day. Have a good motivational Monday my friends and family..... Find your motivation cause it will make u go hard. #WorkHard #PlayHard
