I thought I would share some things I bought today to get started and to maybe give you guys a little inspiration at the grocery store: Sweet Potatoes (ready to bake or microwave-put a little coconut oil and cinnamon on them and theyre great) Honeycrisp Apples-a little more pricey but theyre HUGE so by the time you finish one youre so tired of chewing that you dont want to eat anymore UNSEASONED, UNSAUCED Frozen Veggies- the next best thing to fresh Gold potatoes-have a buttery natural flavor with no butter. Cut them up, spray on olive oil, sprinkle seasoning and roast them in the oven. Good stuff. UNSWEETENED coconut milk- your new substitute for regular milk Eggs- lots of eggs, because theyre quick, easy, and packed with protein to keep you full And Natural Fully Cooked Organic Grilled Chicken Breasts- not the most whole30 friendly food, but sometimes you dont have time to cook meat. Throw one of these in a sandwich bag and grab a bag of salad mix and voila! You have lunch. Ill post some of the whole30 friendly dressings I found in the comments below. :)
